Our premium pork is supplied by farmers who are Canadian Pork Excellence (CPE) accredited pork producers and take great pride in raising their pigs with antibiotics used for therapeutic purposes only. In fact, there are no antibiotic residues found in any of our premium pork products. For optimal flavour and with health-conscious customers, hogs are raised without the use of Dried Distillers Grains with Solubles (DDGS) and Ractopamine. Pigs nosh on a vegetable grain diet that contains barley as well as peas, wheat, soy, minerals, and vitamins.
