Intercity Packers prides itself on being more than a protein supplier for restaurants and retailers across Canada. Whether you are opening a new restaurant concept or developing a new menu for the season, your dedicated account manager from Intercity Packers, with assistance from our various team members in product development, procurement, and production, will offer their expertise and help guide you through the process of finding reliable products. Key considerations include your target clientele, price point, and menu application.

Consultations are a free service Intercity Packers offers for our customers and can occur onsite your location for added convenience and accuracy, to see how the products perform with your equipment. We also welcome our customers to visit our Culinary Innovation Centers. In our dedicated development kitchen, you can test meat and seafood products side by side for your menu application.

Direct and Broadline Distribution

Imagine a world where your meat and seafood order is delivered to your establishment in a single delivery and all it took was one call to one sales representative. Not only is this more efficient and more price effective for your business but it also lowers your carbon footprint. Our team of delivery drivers are an important part of the exceptional customer service we provide – from special delivery requirements to ensuring food safety standards are met and carefully handling your products.

Intercity Packers maintains a multi-truck fleet to provide fresh and frozen deliveries to our customers. Specialized vehicles are designed to customer requirements ranging from curbside delivery to loading dock formats. All Intercity Packer's locations perform regular temperature holding and cleanliness inspections on the fleet.

For customers outside of our standard direct delivery network, we’ll work with our broadline distributors and 3rd party carriers to ensure your order is delivered.
