Our ducks come from Brome Lake and every stage of production takes place in Quebec, with the highest level of respect for the birds and the environment. Ducks are raised naturally in climate-controlled, well-ventilated buildings that are cleaned regularly. The ducks are free to roam and have access to fresh water at all times. They eat a grain and soy-based feed, enriched with vitamins and minerals, and without antibiotics, hormones or drugs. To avoid waste and loss, all parts of the duck are used, right down to the feathers!
