Our veal comes from suppliers who humanely raise veal on family-owned farms in Quebec and Ontario, in locations where the dairy industries are strong. The veal is raised in group-housed barns in an environment that offers easy access to water and freedom of movement and socialization. We offer both milk-fed and grain-fed veal.
