Lower Mainland residents can enjoy Earls restaurant products delivered to their door via Shop Intercity

15 May 2022, Vancouver, BC – Shop Intercity, Intercity Packers' home delivery service for premium protein products, has introduced a line of products from Earls Restaurants with their new Earls at Home brand. Earls at Home products are based on the great recipes Earls guests currently enjoy in the restaurant, but packaged conveniently for home consumers.

Shop Intercity, brought to the Vancouver area and Lower Mainland residents by Intercity Packers, Canada’s leading supplier of high quality meat and seafood products to the food industry, has been providing restaurant quality products since spring, 2020.

“We are very excited to partner with Earls to make this new line of products available through Shop Intercity,” said Brock Farrall, Director of Marketing and Procurement for Intercity Packers Meat and Seafood. “Earls is a well-known, approachable high-end restaurant concept that attracts a similar consumer to Shop Intercity, primarily gourmands and aspiring home chefs.”

Earls restaurants have operated in the Vancouver, BC area for 38 years. Though Earls has locations across Canada nationally, they adapt their concepts and menus to the local communities they operate in. 

“Earls is known for delivering consistent, high quality dining experiences and we are excited to bring these into consumers homes,” said Claudia Vorlaufer, Chief Procurement and Supply Chain Officer for Earls. “We are very pleased to share these initial products with Shop Intercity customers, and look forward to expanding this line in the near future.”

Starting May 15, Lower Mainland residents can order Earls at Home through Shop Intercity. The products are featured on the landing page, and can be found in a designated collection. Customers can pick their orders up at Intercity Packers location in Richmond, or receive the products via van delivery. The Earls at Home products include a variety of meats, seafood, sauces and desserts based on popular dishes developed by Earls chefs. A few examples include:

Earls Burgers.

This is the menu item that made Earls famous, ready for you to conquer at home in your kitchen. Always made with pure Canadian chuck. Make it an Earls Bigger, Better Burger at home by adding tomatoes, onion, lettuce, pickles, mayonnaise and mustard. Serve on a toasted brioche bun.

Pro tip: Cheese is always welcomed.

Earls Cajun Chicken.

Enjoy the convenience of an oven-ready version of the Earls signature skin-on Cajun Chicken Breast. We’ve seasoned the chicken to perfection with our specialty blend of spices that creates depth and a little heat.

Earls New York style Cheesecake.

Made with a sour cream topping on graham crumb crust. The cheesecake is pre-sliced into 12 slices, making it as easy as cake to have the Earls experience at home. A dollop of whipped cream on top never hurts.
